By accessing our website or making a booking with “Chateau De’ Kennedy” you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any reservation.
BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your residence long term 35 day. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to your arrival date. Your booking is not officially confirmed until the deposit has been received and successfully processed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of a cancellation the full deposit amount will be forfeited. “Chateau De’ Kennedy” reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of property emergencies or circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be issued to the booking party.
RESIDENCE RULES & CONDUCT
All guests are required to comply with the Rules & Guidelines outlined on our website. Weekday gatherings are limited to a maximum of 20 guests and 4 gathering days. The main celebration day accommodates a maximum of 75 guests. Violations of any residence rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. The booking party assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.
INSURANCE
Valid event insurance is required prior to the start of your stay. Proof of insurance must be submitted before your arrival date. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
LIABILITY
residence stay at “Chateau De’ Kennedy” is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings occurring during your stay. The booking party assumes full financial responsibility for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or grounds during their residence.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
No illegal substances or activities of any kind are permitted on the premises of residence stay at “Chateau De’ Kennedy” . Any violation of the law of barrow county in Georgia, will result in immediate termination of the stay, and will contact the authorities.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a booking with Chateau De Kennedy shall be resolved in accordance with Georgia state law. this is a long term residence stay for 35 days.
